The Ghost in the Machine is the name of the 1981 album by the Police, and included the tracks "Invisible Sun," "Spirits in the Material World," and "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic." I was inspired to do this scheme by the cover art for the album, which features three "screwed-up" digital characters on a plain black background. Believe it or not, these characters are meant to be abstract representations of the members of the band, with Sting in the middle (he had spiky hair back then), Stewart Copeland on the left, and Andy Summers on the right (I'm pretty sure). They used the symbols instead of real photographs because none of them could agree on which picture to use.
Bet you didn't know that, did ya? :-) But I bet you could tell that I'm a pretty big Sting/Police fan. I was thinking about doing another scheme based on the cover art for Zenyatta Mondatta.
At any rate, I hope everybody likes this one. It's fairly easy on the eyes because it's dark, and if you use a dark red desktop pattern like the one I included, you'll get a really neat effect (although you probably won't be able to see the Trash so well).
Enjoy!
